🛎Front Desk & Availability

The front desk is staffed daily from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

Outside these hours, you can reach us in the restaurant until approximately 9:30 PM.

We accept: cash, girocard, Mastercard, Visa, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

🔒 Booking & Cancellation

A valid credit card is required as a guarantee for some rates.

Non-refundable rates must be paid in advance.

The cancellation policy applicable to the booked rate applies.

🚭 No-smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel and restaurant.

The REINHARDTs HOTEL Vorstadt building is connected to a fire alarm system.

If an alarm is triggered due to non-compliance, the guest is liable for the resulting costs.

🐾 Pets

Pets are welcome upon prior notice and for an additional fee.

🔕 Quiet Hours

Please observe quiet hours after 11:00 PM.

💥 Damage / Liability

Guests are liable for any damage they cause in accordance with legal provisions. In cases of gross negligence, we reserve the right to claim compensation.

🧹 Cleaning & Laundry

Rooms are cleaned daily (unless you have requested otherwise).

Towels are changed as needed (e.g., if found on the floor).

Bed linens are changed upon departure, after a maximum of 5 days, or as needed.

📺 TV / Wi-Fi / Safe

Sky TV is available in the MÜHLTAL and REICHSADLER hotel buildings. A parental control PIN is required for certain content (we will be happy to provide this upon request).

Wi-Fi is free and available without a password.

The safe in the hotel room is not intended for high-value items—we assume no liability for loss.

🅿️ Parking

Parking spaces are available free of charge.

Electric vehicle charging stations are available for a fee.

Lunch: Wed, Thu, & Sun: 11:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m. (as of summer 2025)

The parking lot and entrance areas are under video surveillance and are marked accordingly.
