Parking

Our car parks are available free of charge to hotel guests, subject to availability. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a space.

The following overview shows the parking options around our hotel.

Public charging points are available for electric vehicles: four charging points in Hotel Car Park 1 and a further three in Hotel Car Park 2 on Vorstadtstraße.

Beer garden

In fine weather, our beer garden is open from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 22:00. Here you can enjoy a wide selection of culinary and wine delights. Please note that we do not accept any further orders for outdoor seating after 10.00 pm.

Bicycle garage

You can store your bicycles free of charge in our lockable bicycle garage. The garage is equipped with charging points for e-bikes and is under video surveillance.

Bicycle hire

Would you like to go on a bike ride? We are happy to organise bicycles for a hire fee by prior arrangement. Please contact reception at least one day in advance. You can borrow cycling maps from us.

Television / TV Channels

We offer satellite TV and free Sky TV. You can find the TV channel list on the remote control by pressing the GUIDE button.

Special features:

In the rooms at the Hotel Reichsadler and REINHARDTs HOTEL MÜHLTAL, we offer SKY Stream TV, including various football channels.

In the rooms at REINHARDTs Hotel VORSTADT, the TV sets feature smart functions.
Using a QR code, you can conveniently access your own Netflix subscription or Amazon Prime, amongst other services.

Celebrations

We are happy to put together menu and buffet suggestions for special occasions. We tailor every celebration to your wishes. Please let us advise you.

Emergency exits

Each room contains a map showing the emergency exits in the event of a fire. Please take a close look at the emergency exits (located on the inside door).

Leisure

In our foyer in front of reception, we have various leaflets and brochures with information about Buchen. Please ask at reception for details of popular places of interest.

Money and valuables

For insurance reasons, we ask that you do not leave valuables, jewellery or cash lying around in your room or in your vehicle. We cannot be held liable for any valuables lost in your room or on the hotel premises. Please use the complimentary safe provided in your room.

Luggage service

We are happy to carry your luggage to your room or back to your car. Please contact our reception on extension 10.

Drinks

We provide mineral water in your hotel room free of charge.
Please inform reception of any additional drinks consumed in your room and settle the bill at check-out.

Golf courses

There are two excellent golf courses in the immediate vicinity.

The golf course in Mudau is approximately 13 km away. The golf course in Neusass is approximately 15 km away.

You will find event recommendations in the foyer at reception. Would you like us to arrange tickets for events in Buchen or the surrounding area for you? The reception team will be happy to assist with your requests.

Do you need to make external calls but don’t have a mobile phone with you? No problem – we’ll be happy to lend you a cordless phone or a mobile phone with a SIM card for a deposit of 100 EUR. Please ask at reception.

Chargers

You are welcome to borrow a charger or adapter for your electronic device from reception on request.
Please pay the deposit of EUR 20.00 in cash.

Minibar

There is a minibar in your hotel room. It is stocked with a variety of drinks. Please help yourself. Please note your consumption on the separate minibar list and report your usage at reception on the day of departure.

Non-smoking rooms

All guest rooms are non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance, we will have to charge an unnecessary cleaning fee (€50).

Parking

Parking is available free of charge on the hotel premises. There is no parking restriction on the adjacent Mühltalstraße, so you can also park there free of charge.

Post

Incoming post is delivered at around 10 am. Stationery and postcards are available at reception. You can hand in cards and letters at reception.

We are rated 3 stars (Hotel Reichsadler) and 3-star superior (REINHARDTs Hotel) according to the hotel and restaurant classification system, and we always strive to meet the specified standards and fulfil our guests’ wishes. Should any service fail to meet your expectations, please contact reception.

Shoe-shining machine

Please use the shoe-shining machine on the first floor of the guest house. If you require special shoe-cleaning materials or a place to store your hiking boots, please let us know.

Swimming pool

The opening hours for the local indoor swimming pool in Buchen can be found at https://www.schwimmbad-buchen.de/hallenbad/oeffnungszeiten-eintrittspreise. You are also welcome to enquire about these at reception.

The idyllically situated heated forest swimming pool is only about 1.5 km away and is open from around the beginning of May until the beginning of September.

Playground

Just 200 m from us is the Alla-Hopp playground, a large play and exercise area that has been in operation since 2016.

Washing and ironing of guests’ laundry

There is a laundry bag in your wardrobe. You can hand this in at reception. Your laundry will be washed at a nearby laundry service and we will invoice you for the cost.

If you hand in your laundry at reception by 9 am on weekdays, it will be in your room by 6 pm. At weekends and on public holidays, this service is available on request only. The hotel accepts no liability for shrinkage, discolouration or lack of colourfastness of the items.

Linen change

For longer stays, your bed linen will be changed on the 5th day. If you would like it changed earlier, please let us know. Please place towels requiring replacement on the floor. The chambermaid will provide fresh towels.

Toothbrush

Have you forgotten your toothbrush? We’ll be happy to provide you with a set at reception.

Newspapers

You can read daily newspapers in the hotel from 7 am. Magazines are available at reception.
